UK deliveries can take between 3-5 working days
Europe deliveries can take between 6-10 days
U.S.A deliveries can take between 11-14 days.

Do you deliver to overseas islands and military bases?
We are unable to deliver to overseas islands and military bases. In case you entered an address from a region we do not service, your order will be rejected within 1-2 working days and the refund created.
Do you offer express shipping?
Unfortunately, at this moment we do not offer express shipping.
It seems that my package got lost. What can I do?
In the unlikely event you are unable to find your package although it has officially been delivered, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will start an investigation immediately for you. If after eight working days the investigation has turned out unsuccessful, we will be able to either send you a replacement package or give you a full refund.
What do I have to do if I have received only part of my order?
There can be several reasons. An item has probably been short shipped, for which you will receive a refund accordingly or we sent one or several items of your order in a second or third package. Contact us for clarification.
What do I have to do if I have purchased a faulty or defective item online?
Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and they will be happy to assist you. Also, please provide us with pictures of the defect for more visibility.

How do I apply for a sponsorship?
Thank you for choosing our brand to sponsor you! We are always loooking out for people out there who can do things that some of us can only imagine. Please send your application to i[email protected], clearly marked SPONSORSHIP as the title of the e-mail and a team member will get back to you as soon as we have looked at your application.
Please send us where possible video links from youtube or vimeo of you doing your sport, so we can see for ourselves, what you can do.
Include a detailed explanation of why we should sponsor you, what you are hoping for in return and what you can do to promote our brand.

What are the Dangerous Sports care instructions?
Care instructions can be found on the tag of your item. However, in general, machine wash in cold water with like colours. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat, and never use dryer sheets. We also recommend that you place your apparel in a garment bag to protect it from snags caused by Velcro®, eye hooks, or other sharp objects that can be found on other clothing.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are only able to take orders online.
Do I need to make an account before I order?
You can make a purchase on our website either as a registered customer or as a guest. You do not necessarily have to make an account with us.

I just placed an order. When will it be shipped out?
Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, it will be processed immediately. If you place your order in the morning, most likely it will be shipped out on the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Please note that, if you place your order on a Friday afternoon, the package will be shipped out the following Monday.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders as quickly as possible, you can only cancel an order by emailing our Customer Service Team. Please do this as soon as possible after you have placed the order by calling emailing [email protected] Note, however, that changing your order might not be possible since the shipping process begins immediately after you have placed the order.

Our Customer Service Team is able to provide you with details on your past orders However, we recommend that you sign up for an account so that you are able to place orders more quickly in the future.

How can I return products purchased online?
We have a 30-day returns policy and all goods must be returned within that period. All items must be in a resalable condition with no tags cut off and be returned in the original box. You can download a returns label by clicking the link below and filling in the form and returning it with your goods. Please try to be a detailed as possible as to why you are returning your goods, so we can make sure that we meet your expectations next time you order.
When will I receive the money for my returned goods?
As soon as we receive you returned goods, it can take up to 14 days until your account is credited. Please send your goods to us recorded delivery as this will vertify to you when we have received them.
How do I receive my refund?
The refund always goes back to the initial payment method. This includes credit cards as well as PayPal accounts.
